1. General
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Chronbay service. WebRocket Oy (“Service Provider”) operates and maintains the platform.
Chronbay enables users to post advertisements for selling wristwatches and pocket watches.
2. Use of the Service
Use of the service requires the user to accept the site’s terms of use.
The service is intended for users 18 years or older.
3. User Responsibilities
The user agrees to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information
Take full responsibility for the advertisements they post and their content
Remove their advertisement when the product is no longer for sale
4. Prohibited Activities
The following are prohibited on the service:
Publishing false, misleading, or illegal information
Selling counterfeit or stolen goods
Offensive, racist, or otherwise inappropriate content
Spam or harassment
The Service Provider, WebRocket Oy, has the right to remove any advertisements that violate these terms without prior notice.
5. Advertisement Content
The advertisement must include a truthful description of the watch being sold.
Any defects should be clearly stated.
Images and text must not violate copyright laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider: WebRocket Oy
Is not a party to transactions between users
Is not responsible for the quality or authenticity of items in advertisements
Is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service
7. User Accounts and Data Protection
When creating a user account on the service, the user agrees to keep their login credentials secure and not share them with others.
User data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Any disputes shall be handled in Finnish courts.
8. Changes and Termination
WebRocket Oy may update these terms at any time and will post changes on the site. You may stop using the service whenever you choose.
9. Fees & Payments
Listing fees are clearly shown before payment.
Payments are non-refundable once a listing is published, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
